Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix Pan Bimbo Vital Arándanos cubes, egg, milk, sugar, vanilla essence and cinnamon powder.
  2. In a muffin tray, spray some butter and pour the mix.
  3. Bake at 180ºC for 12 minutes or until the mix is solid on the inside. 
  4. Remove from mold and let cool. Decorate with icing sugar and peppermint.
