Preparation

Baked Plantain:

  1. On a baking tray, spray some butter, put plantain slices and pour orange juice and honey on top.
  2. Add clove and green peppercorn.
  3. Cover with tinfoil.
  4. Bake at 185ºC for 20 minutes or until the slices are soft to the touch. Save.

Toast:

  1. On a piece of Pan Wonder con quinoa, spread some beans and order baked plantain slices on top.
  2. Add a fried egg on top and decorate with pea sprouts, red onion and chili flakes.
