If you feel like having something new for breakfast, try this great option to begin your day.

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, mix beans, cumin and garlic. Save.
  2. Heat Tortillinas integrales Tía Rosa in a pan over 2 minutes so they do not break.
  3. Add bean mix, avocado, red onion and some coriander.
  4. Fold to form a pocket avoiding the filling to spill out. Roll and set in a pan for two minutes.
  5. Carefully take them out and serve.
