Preparation

  1. Slice a fine layer of a Bollito Artesano Bimbo and save.
  2. Push crumbs downwards in order to form a sort of bread bowl.
  3. Spray oil on the inner part of the layer previously cut and inside the bowl. Bake at 180ºC for six minutes to lightly brown.
  4. Put ham and cheese inside the bread bowl, crack an egg inside and top everything with bell peppers. Spray some more oil and season.
  5. Bake at 180ºC for 8 minutes or until the egg white is completely cooked.
  6. Serve, sprinkle chives and put the top part of the Bollito Artesano Bimbo.

NOTE: Cook yolk to taste. It is advised not to overcook it.
