Ingredients
8 slices Pan Cero Cero Bimbo
½ avocado
1 carrot, cut in strips
4 radishes, sliced
4 leaves red leaf lettuce
½ cup alfalfa sprouts
¼ cup parsley
1 cup black beans, mashed without salt
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
- Wash and disinfect all vegetables.
- Cut slices of avocado, carrot and radish.
- Finely chop lettuce and save.
- In a bowl, mix alfalfa sprouts, parsley and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Save.
- On a slice of Pan Cero Cero Bimbo, spread two tablespoons of beans, and a lettuce leaf, 3 carrot slices, 5 radish slices, 3 avocado slices and some mix. Put another slice on top and serve.
