Preparation

  1. Wash and disinfect all vegetables.
  2. Cut slices of avocado, carrot and radish.
  3. Finely chop lettuce and save.
  4. In a bowl, mix alfalfa sprouts, parsley and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Save.
  5. On a slice of Pan Cero Cero Bimbo, spread two tablespoons of beans, and a lettuce leaf, 3 carrot slices, 5 radish slices, 3 avocado slices and some mix. Put another slice on top and serve.
