Ingredients
8 slices Pan Bimbo Doble Fibra
2 cups crumbled goat cheese
1 cup fresh blue berries
1/4 cup basil, cut in strips
Preparation
- On a slice of Doble Fibra Bimbo Bread, put some goat cheese, basil leaves and blue berries.
- Put another slice on top and serve.
- Add Asian salad dressing, put the top back and serve.
Cooking Tip: For a sourer touch, substitute blue berries with raspberries.
