Ingredients
3 slices stale bread
2 pieces chicken breasts without skin
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
1 cup tomato sauce
1 egg
1 rosemary sprig
1 cucharadita de aceite
1 teaspoon oil
Preparation
- Grate bread slices using a grater.
- In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
- Bread chicken breast by first dipping them in beaten egg, then covering them with the bread crumbs and cheese mix.
- In a pan, add some oil and cook until brown.
- Add tomato sauce into the pan around chicken breasts, add mozzarella cheese and wait till it melts.
- Serve and decorate with rosemary sprig.
