Ingredients
8 pieces Oroweat Multigrain Thins
1 cup ground chicken meat
8 leaves lettuce hearts
4 rings red onion
1 tablespoon coriander, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tomato, sliced
3 tablespoons mustard
Preparation
- Wash and disinfect vegetables.
- Slice lettuce hearts, onion rings, tomato slices and finely chop coriander.
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken meat, coriander, powder garlic, salt and pepper. Once mixed, make four meatballs of similar size. Set on a tray and save.
- In a nonstick pan, put the meatballs and, using a spatula, flatten them out to get burger patties.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
