Preparation

  1. Wash and disinfect vegetables.
  2. Slice lettuce hearts, onion rings, tomato slices and finely chop coriander.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground chicken meat, coriander, powder garlic, salt and pepper. Once mixed, make four meatballs of similar size. Set on a tray and save.
  4. In a nonstick pan, put the meatballs and, using a spatula, flatten them out to get burger patties.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes.
