Preparation

Tofu:

  1. In a bowl, mix vinegar, soy sauce, agave syrup, fine herbs and garlic.
  2. Season with pepper, add tofu slices and marinate for 40 minutes.
  3. In a hot pan, add sesame oil and sear tofu slices.
  4. Pour marinade into the pan and cook until it evaporates completely. Save.

Sandwich:

  1. On a slice of Pan Bimbo Linaza, spread a tablespoon of dry jocoque.
  2. Put a layer of arugula, carrots and pickles. Then add tofu on top.
  3. Put another Pan Bimbo Linaza slice on top with some jocoque spread on it.
